About Crowley Ranch Reserve Layout

Crowley Ranch Reserve’s 87 lots are surrounded by 1300 acres of open space. Lots range in size from one acre to forty acres. Roughly half of the lots have been developed according to standards prescribed by Covenants and an Architectural Control Committee. The Reserve includes about a dozen seasonal and year-round lakes and a hot spring that feeds two pools available to residents and their guests.

Crowley Drive connects the main entrance on Highway 84 to a back gate on County Road 382. A ‘Wildlife Walk’ on the southeast portion of the Reserve extends from the end of East Arbol Drive through a large tract of open space and elk calving grounds. It is open to bicycles and pedestrians but not motorized travel. In total, there are eleven miles of roads on the Reserve.
